MSPs have given events a month to offer their views on proposed building-safety legal guidelines.

The Scottish Parliament’s Native Authorities, Housing and Planning Committee launched a public session on the Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Invoice earlier this week.

Ministers north of the border introduced plans in September to introduce the laws over the approaching 12 months as a part of an ongoing building-safety drive within the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
